1st Round - Interview with a single manager, asks several questions pertaining to your experience, how they can apply to MT and basic electrical questions.
2nd Round - Interview with 2-3 separate managers whose teams you will be under. Basic team fit questions and what you personally would like to work on at Milwaukee Tool.
