Pretty good, had to interview with like three people all in the span of a few hours due to time contraints but i was able to make it through. Its not too bad , just be ready to answer behavioral questions mostly. Emphasis on teamwork and growth
I applied online. I interviewed at MongoDB (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
I had a general interview at first. Where I was asked about my experience and background. After that round I had a technical phone/online interview where I was asked about the projects that I worked on which were relevant to them.
The process unfolded seamlessly, encompassing three rounds: an initial recruiter call, followed by a technical interview, and culminating in the final manager interview. I found the overall process to be remarkably efficient and effective, facilitating a smooth and well-organized experience.
It was not too hard, but there were some questions where I was struggling to think of the answer to in time. Overall would not say this was a relatively bad interview
