Started off with an application for the position. Was called a couple of days later to do a phone interview. Went really well and was asked into the office. Met with 4 different people including the founde of the company. They asked pretty standard questions for the role and facilitated great conversation that made me feel comfortable. I was upset when they went with another candidate but they were all responsive and kind when I sent a thank you email.
