Initial call, followed up by online application which included an IQ & EQ test, after that prospects are asked to make a Business Plan focused on "how do you plan to bring in 1 mil / month AUM". Everyone I talked to was super nice and friendly, and they are very upfront about how difficult the job and workload can be, which is something that the industry is not so good about.
