7 behavioral questions on hirevue. You will record each question online. Each question has 30 second to prepare and one minute to answer. After submit it you will receive the result after 10 days in email.

The process is long and you really have to go the extra mile to get an interview. I went to a evening informational meeting and was hired on the spot, but the entire process took 3 months.
