4 steps - screening call, 2 interviews with 2 sets of managers (local and international), 1 logical test that includes all sorts of questions - mainly math and problem solving but also psychological test that is meant to reveal certain traits of your character

Zero communication after the first interview. The website states that your application is “pending” then eventually you forget to keep looking and then you get locked out. Waste of time.
