Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Analyst Interview Questions

Application opens, resume drop, Hire Vue invitation, Hire Vue completion, first round interviews, second round interviews, super day (3 back to back 30 minutes interviews in person in head quarters office).

Hirevue, was not technicals, all just behaviorals. We had a bunch of time to complete and prepare, and you also get two tried if you don't like the first one.

It was a hirevue for their early insights program and I never heard back or got notified that I did not get accepted... did not network with anyone from the firm so was not expecting much

First interview was a quick screening by the recruiter/Human Resources Interviews with 2 associates, 1 Vice President, 2 Executive Directors, 1 Managing Director Questions became progressively less technical, more motivation based towards the end

Digital Interview, the only thing asked is the question "Why Morgan Stanley". I prepared a lot of questions but that was the only thing being asked, so I was a little bit disappointed
