Interview

Had three rounds. First was phone call with HR, second was with direct managers, third was with director. All were over phone or Zoom. Heard back for each round quickly and had final decision within a week.

  • Asked about asset classes knowledge. Asked general questions such as strengths and weaknesses and discussed previous roles.

Hello guys, I want to invest some amount of my salary in Mutual funds. I tried to do the same but it is asking to create a demat ac. I don't want to create it because again I have to change the bank from ICICI to HDFC and also have to ask permission from Morgan Stanley (As per policies). This is the first time I will be investing in Mutual funds. Can you all please guide me how can I do it without creating demat account. HR told that mutual fund investment we can do without demat also.

6 people interview me in total 3 rounds, basically the case study and behavioral questions. Not difficult but the most important thing is your communication ability. The case study is not easy.

Fairly straightforward, will have behavioral interviews to make sure you're a good fit. If incoming analyst out of school will have 3 rounds of interviews. First round will usually be on campus and behavioral. One will be in office in which you'll have to solve a problem with a group of additional potential hires. It is important to show you're able to work with a team well here.
