Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Interview Questions

I recently interviewed for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management directly through zoom. I met with the team manager and one of the wealth managers. The whole process was generally fairly easy but it took a few weeks to hear back

Hirevue interview with a few questions focused on the firm. The first round interview was with two people from HR and the second round interview was with someone in wealth management.

interviewer did not seem engaged and it seemed awkward from the start. would recommend they change this approach in the future with prospective employees because the culture did not seem great.

Four rounds: one resume submission, one hirevue, one phone call with HR, one four part super day with four different employees. Results given in one to four weeks. Usually if it’s past 2 weeks, you did not get the job fyi. If they call you and keep you on the leash after 2 weeks, look elsewhere to save yourself but still tell them you would like the role. If you get that call, you’re probably on the wait list. I got to super day and got cut though there after being told “I’ll have a concrete answer shortly” for literally 5 weeks. Don’t be naive like me.
