I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Miami, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Was an hour call. It was not leetcode style but more of resume grilling and general OOPS and framework questions. Make sure you can explain your projects and experience well and expect questions in that. Also if you have used frameworks like Django or Springboot they could ask you something like explain MVC so be familiar with design paradigmns you have used.
The selective process consists of 2 stages, the first one is a phone screening with a member of HR and the second is an interview with some managers, which you will talk about your experiences.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
