Mountain Air Cargo interview questions

The first interview was an informal phone call with the dispatch manager. I then spoke with the CEO over the phone for about 15 minutes. After that I did a panel interview on-site with the CEO and other VPs and directors.

Great! Very welcoming. Felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. The recruiters were very responsive through the entire process. The benefits described could have been a little more competitive, but it’s a good package from where I’m at in experience.
