Interview

Initial CV based screening,case interview and then face to face interaction. During the face to face interview there was a video synthesis round after that a problem solving (code), a group case study and then a face to face interview.

    Lots of rounds.Management not sure what they are looking for.It seemed that they are enjoying a game by having different rounds(aptitude,video synthesis,programming,case presentation,creativity,personal interview of 2/3 rounds).Not sure what they are up for.Different candidates with different work experience was shortlisted for the same level(Cant even imagine).
    Did not make sense at all.Finally,once you clear the rounds with even a good score,you are not sure whether you will at all be selected.This is so because the final selection lies in the hands of the select few.Last but not the least,your past experience does not count.Just not worth wasting your valuable time here.Think twice before you apply

    • Creativity test.Why on earth you need to be creative when you are applying for a analytics job.What is required is probably good aptitude test with perhaps good programming skills.To some extent case presentation also makes sense if you are expected to handle clients(consulting).But why creativity test?Its not a advertising company..Right!!   5 Answers
