The most thorough and transparent interview processes I've ever experienced. There is clear and regular communication, including a PowerPoint deck that lets you know how many steps there are in the process, as well as what to expect with each. Depending on scheduling availability, the process moves well. They really take the time to make sure it's a good fit for both sides, and that takes time - but worth it at the end.
