Sent my resume via a person there who informed they were looking for someone. After a few days, I received an email regarding a written test (Maths & Finance) that I had to take after a week or so. Test is not hard if you know what to expect; maths is mostly 1st year Engineering stuff, Finance was mostly about Bonds and Currencies. Tests are mostly similar everytime so ask around. Passed the test and got invited for an interview with the HR. Lasted around 45 minutes and she mostly asked about my CV + why the career change. The chat was nice but my expectations were much higher than what was offered (not only the salary). Received an email a week later saying the process would not go further. All in all a good experience, a professional company.
