Describe how you would handle a difficult customer
I attended a group interview for Christmas casuals. We ran through customer gifting scenarios, such as offering the best advice for a parent looking for music for their child. We were also asked what department we would want to work in.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Myer (Melbourne) in Sept 2025

Easy process. 1-hour group interview. Asked about previous customer service experience. Received an offer within 2 days. accepted and onboarded within a week and started working. Nice people relaxed work
