It was online tests followed by an interview in Leeds. It was quite a friendly interview. They expect you be reflective of your past experiences and ask about your research into the NHS
Group assessment included identifying main threats to NHS, problem solving, group presentation, and numeracy test. Topics focused around health policy, sustainability, and staff retention issues. Numeracy test was focused on reading a table.
First theres a CV check. Then an online behavioral assesment. Next a work based scenario assesment with video responses. Last stage is an online assesment center with presentations and collaborative work with other candidates.
Aptitude test, video interview and then followed by an Assessment centre with group task, role play and reflection exercise. Took about a month between each stage of the process.
