      Interview

First round is the initial application with your CV. The second round is a SJT, and this has to be the worst SJT I have ever come across. The questions are multiple choice and there is a designated 'correct' answer (unlike in other SJTs where you usually rank your preference). The narrow scope of what is the correct behaviour makes me believe that you might as well randomly guess each answer. You find out immediately after completing this test whether you have been successful or not.

      Question 1

A series of multiple choice questions with 4 options
      Answer question
      I applied online.
      The process took 3 months.

      Interview

Genuinely ridiculous online assessment process. Took 2 hours of nonsense questions about emails and pie charts to then have to record 7 videos? Time is precious in this life - do literally anything else you can think of before ever considering subjecting yourself to this

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Random questions organising meetings with imaginary people. Knowledge of using simultaneous equations tested >5 times in a timed environments. If any of the interview questions have any relevance to anything to do with the job it would be the most dull and pointless job in existence.

Data and Analytics - Graduate Programmer Interview

      19 Jan 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NatWest Group

      Interview

Had online assessments for; numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and situational judgement. Once these were completed had to complete a recorded video interview, in which various questions were asked with 30 second prep time and allowed for a 2 minute response. Finally, was asked to attend an online assessment centre but was withdrawn for not having the 'correct' degree. I was informed I may be able to attend a different programmes assessment centre but heard nothing back.

      Question 1

What kind of technology interests you and you believe will impact your life in the future?
