Initial online interview (30mins) Full day assessment centre with individual and group tasks and interview. At the assessment centre stage, we were informed we would find out if we were successful 2-3 days after with individual feedback given to us. However I had to reach out to them after much longer than the time period stated to get a response. The feedback provided was incredibly generic which, for a graduate trying to improve, was surprising considering I was told I'd get proper feedback regardless of if I got the job or not.
