The process was mainly online, through submitted CV and Cover Letter. Then had to answer application questions. Which led to an Assessment Centre, were I had to prepare a powerpoint presentation in advance and answer their questions.

Interesting place, good food, calm environment. slept overnight and was given really good food. Loads of people there, and the interview was in 3 steps. first was introduction before the three tasks. second was a presentation on a topic to a panel, third was a question and answer session with two interviewers. was rather tense but they were cool
