They ask invasive questions about the supplements you take and why. They also ask in depth about your personal diet choices. I was initially told I was going to be passed to second interview but then got called back saying I didnt fall in line with their mission (because of my diet or health?).

Very thorough! Even if I am not chosen for the position, I feel even more confident that this is a company that truly cares about the health of their patrons. I was contacted via email to set up a preliminary phone interview, which was accompanied by a "study guide" over health and nutritional concepts that would be addressed in the interview. This was really great, so I could narrow down talking points and areas of knowledge to focus on. Unfortunately, I talk a lot, but the interviewer was great. She took my chatty Cathy streak in stride and we were able to establish a good repoire, in my opinion. She asked very good, insightful questions, which, again, just went to building my confidence in this company.
