First i had a zoom meeting with two of the younger associates then they requested to schedule a follow up with a partner from the firm about a week later

Question 1
They asked me about why i was interested in working for them and we discussed specific types of cases they were actively litigating
It basically was a vibe check. There were two attorneys. We just chatted and it was very informal. I hear they take a while to get back to you(some say they didn't hear until mid-march). I don't know if I have been denied yet, but I haven't heard anything so do with that what you will.
