I met the campus recruiter at my university's career fair and they asked me to come in the following day for an on campus interview. Approximately 2 weeks after my initial interview they asked if I would be interested in going to Chicago for a second interview. I accepted and they paid for all of my travel arrangements. At the second interview I had 3 back to back interviews (all were behavioral). The following Monday they called and extended me an offer.
