Was fast paced and quick. 5-6 interview rounds are expected. Good technical skills are necessary however culture fit is primary. Hiring was smooth and fast.

Question 1
Business: Talk about a scenario when you had a difficult team member who was a bottleneck in the successful execution of your project and how did you handle the same?
Technical: Who do you think will win the Converged Infrastructure battle and why? What should NetApp do to succeed in this product battle?
The Interview process was typical. We discussed the role and key performance indicator, my professional experience, company culture and opportunity for advancement within the company as I expressed my interest in career growth. The interview included 2 levels of management and another manager within the organization.

Tell me about your previous product management experience. Tell me about a previous product you launch from conception to launch.
The interview process was normal. The interview concern is jobs description did not align with role. When discussing the misalignment of interview conversation with actual R&R and opportunity, senior manager started he made no promises during the interview. He had no plan to do what was discussed during the interview. Be careful and ask peers direct question about what the role truly entails.

Spoke to 3 people at different levels, peer, superior and another manager, as well as a recruiter. The interviews were in the office, in a fairly relaxed setting, but they were keen to understand my background and work style

Talked with HR recruiter over the phone, then spoke with the hiring manager over the phone for half an hour. Went through a panel interview for about two hours.
