CV submission and then a quick interview arrangement within two weeks, the process is very efficient and quick. the interviewer is very kind and friendly, the office in milton keynes is very large and full of stuff. a big company although i failed the interview finally..

competency based questions and a 15 minutes presentation about rail-related solution(pre-prepared so no need to worry).

Interview
Involved an automated video interview in the first stage. Then after that a full interview with two people. Was given a case study to provide solutions and do a presentation on, followed by general competency questions

What is Network Rail's Safety vision and what does it mean to you?
Applied, got invited to interview after a week or so. The interview was quite long wit a lot of competency questions, presentation, question on safety and an extra mathematical question.
