Met with manager and discussed past experiences, talked about duties of the role and then was hired on the spot for the position. Talked about hours and availability, screening and drug test process.

It is best to know someone that already works there. Two rounds of interview. The is with direct manager then with HR. Typically question are pretty easy and straight forward. Need to take a drug test if you do get the job.
