Interview with HR, followed by interview with Unit Manager and Charge Nurse.
Mostly behavioral questions.
Pre interview requires a personality exam (generic decision-making).
Expected to bring resume and references with contact information. They do contact every reference listed. After interviewing, you must pass a pharmacology exam and drug screen to start.

Interview
I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.
