Nexthink SSE- Development interview questions

Got a call from recruiter. 1st round was an online assignment followed by 2 technical interviews. The review what I got was quite strange. The first question from interviewer was what I know about Nexthink. I told them WHAT do they do [from whatever information I gathered] and then the interviewer explained me on HOW do they do. So it was a nice 10 mns discussion about the company and product. But to my surprise I got the feedback that I did not know about the company and I did not ask anything about the company. which was bit strange. They give more emphasis on soft skills as well.
