Interview
I applied for the position on the company portal and recruiter called me for the weekend interview after 15-20 days. The interview was 1 day process with 1 written test, 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round and HR round on the same day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Written test consisted of 5 different questions on algorithm, design patterns and core java concepts.
The difficulty was easy to average, The algorithm questions were based on simple searching algorithm on linked list and arrays. One question was to design parking lot using design patterns.
1st technical round was mostly on simple search algorithm and few non technical puzzles and second technical round was one multi threading question with producer-consumer like problem and again one puzzle
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NiCE (Pune)

4. Non Technical - Taken by director
Till 3rd round all good. Directory does not know how to take interviews he was asking all rubbish questions. I think he decided to reject me from start of the meeting.
I think most people experience similarly in Director round.

3. Why should I offer you XXXX package and why not 2 times XXXX ?
4. What are brining to our company for XXXX package?
5. Why should I pay you XXXX package when you don't even know much about NICE
6. How would you travel to hinjewadi from XXX place ?
7. Why are you leaving your current Org when they are going through tough times (covid 19 )?
8. Why you left your 1st Org ( how that is relevant ? I left 2 more Org after that)?
