Nirmata interview questions

The interview process is fairly quick. Coding session with fellow engineers. The question was pretty leetcode standard. I shared. my screen and programmed in my IDE of choice. Tech discussion with engineering manager. The discussion was about previous products and projects i have worked on to see that i wasn't just a "code monkey". For the staff level - the requirements were also to show technical leadership skills. Show and explain the decision making process and understand trade-offs etc... Final discussions with product and CEO. Pretty standard. People were very nice and easy to talk to.
