I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at No Labels (Washington, DC) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview was fairly shorty, the questions were straightforward, but the interviewers weren't engaged in the conversation, appeared to be distracted the entire time, and showed up late and didn't bother to apologize. I was told that I would hear back early the following week but weeks past only to get a poorly formatted rejection email.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at No Labels (Washington, DC) in Nov 2021
Interview
Early interview with an HR employee. Then an interview with the person that could be my supervisor. Finally, an interview with the CEO. The process was convoluted, but, fortunately, it went incredibly quickly.
Great questions from everyone until I met with the CEO. She was distracted, late to the interview, and completely out to lunch. She was potentially the most obtuse and out-of-touch person I've ever spent time talking to in my decade in D.C., which, frankly, is impressive. Her questions were easy, but she clearly had absolutely no idea what my job would entail or how she conveys her vision.
Glad I didn't take this job. If you have a quality resume and experience, stay far away from No Labels.
While the interview process went relatively quickly, I was asked virtually the same questions through three rounds of interviews. During the last interview, the interviewer noted that they wanted me to participate in another interview, and would get in touch to schedule. Instead, I heard nothing for weeks, until I eventually heard they went with another candidate.
