You're tested on makeup application and customer interactions with no training.

The job application process had three stages. First, an online assessment. When successful with this, I was then interviewed by a No7 representative in what should have been a group interview, but did end up just being myself. Asked questions regarding my knowledge of No7 and my work ethic, and then was asked to go on shop floor to test out my ability to talk to customers and sell. This stage going successfully, I was then invited to interview with the store manager for the store I was applying for. Pretty straightforward, make sure you are well clued up on No7 products.
