Interview
2 Online questionnaires, both multiple choice (1 a personality quiz and the other, in-store scenarios of what you would do)
After passing: A group assessment on the shop floor where you have to bring customers from the store over, to apply no7 products to them. You're tested on makeup application and customer interactions with no training.

Interview
They love to waste your time only to hire internally anyway, went for an interview and managed to sit someone down for a makeup consultation and they bought £90 worth of products but apparently that wasn't good enough apparently but within 2 days someone who was inexperienced and underage got the job.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at No7 Beauty Company (Hong Kong) in Oct 2025
Interview
I went through the full interview process for a Commercial Manager role at No7 Beauty Company and was offered the position. The HR team was very pushy about getting me to accept quickly, and once I did, the offer was withdrawn less than 24 hours later.
When I asked for an explanation, they offered to “hop on a quick call.” During that call, the HR Director was dismissive and unprofessional, telling me the offer was rescinded because I had spoken with a current employee to learn more about the company before joining — apparently, this was “not the standard they were looking for.”
This response was both shocking and disappointing, especially after a long interview process and an accepted offer. It reflects extremely poor candidate treatment and questionable internal communication.
Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering a role here to take note of how unstable and unprofessional their hiring process can be. Transparency and respect for candidates seem to be entirely lacking.
