The initial interview was a phone interview done by someone on their recruiting team. The first thing this person asked is what salary I wanted which should have been a red flag. We arranged for an in-person interview which was one of the worst I've ever sat through. The position didn't match the description since they seemed to be looking for someone with advanced knowledge of statistical and BI tools, none of which I had outlined on my resume. After arriving I met with three different groups of people which took roughly three hours but could've been completed in one if they had all been willing to meet together and hadn't scheduled another interview at the same exact time. Overall, I felt the could've vetted me in the initial phone interview if the recruiter had done their job properly. Waste of time.
