The process was smooth. The person that interviewed me was friendly. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. I only spoke to one person and the interview took about 45 minutes.

Behavioral process very straightforward. Sales and people person focused. They walk you through the entire company. It’s a numbers game bringing in reps due to the natural attrition of the job.

Interview
There are 2-3 different interviews. The first one being over the phone with one of their recruiters. If they like you from that one then you will meet with the head recruiter. The second interview is more about you asking questions, so come prepared!
