I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) in Dec 2014
Interview
Mostly just general questions about myself and experience. No behavioral questions. Nothing difficult or complicated. Just had to show interest and competency. Was contacted by the lab manager via email about 2 weeks later offering me the job
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern University in Apr 2014
Interview
After I applied I was contacted and asked to come in for one interview that was very basic. There weren't really any questions about my character or my future goals. The interview was really just for the professor conducting it to assess what experience I had and how it could be beneficial to their study, so the majority of the interview was just me being asked to elaborate on what I had on my resume.
