Notified Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the hiring process at Notified. After successfully clearing all interview rounds, I was given verbal confirmation that my offer was being processed. However, despite multiple follow-ups over two weeks, I received nothing but vague assurances and delays. It became evident that they were either stalling or had already filled the position with someone at a lower salary but chose not to be upfront about it. Instead of honest communication, I was kept waiting unnecessarily, only to be met with blame-shifting when I finally pressed for clarity. A company’s hiring process reflects its professionalism and respect for candidates, and unfortunately, Notified failed on both fronts. If this is how they treat prospective employees, I can only imagine how they treat their actual employees. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with caution.
