Firstly, it was an application process with many questions then it was proceeded to an interview with the program manager. Consequently, comes the GRC (graduate recruitment center, which is a group case analysis assessment. It was a new experience for me, and everyone was very respectful during the interview/assessment.

I interviewed with Novo Nordisk and completed three rounds of interviews. The first round was a Power BI aptitude test; various multiple choice questions. The second round was an interview with a employee and hiring manager; presenting an example of a dashboard. Third round was a HR and Hiring Manager after a behavioral and analytical aptitude test. I was very impressed with the hiring process and enjoyed speaking to everyone involved.

It was lengthy. They need to have shorter recruiting process.And even with shorter recruiting processes the candidates that are picked at the end are questionable. High quality candidates with profound knowledge lost out at the end to others with way less knowledge and experience.

This was such a disappointing and awful interview experience. Applied for this position online and was invited to an interview three weeks later. However, I received a position closure notification from the hiring department 48 hrs before the interview and no further information on whether the interview would be canceled. Emailed HR to confirm whether our scheduled interview will still proceed, but received no response. Despite the lack of confirmation, I showed up to the remote interview on time, but no one was present. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience that showed a lack of professionalism and consideration on the part of the hiring process. I put in time and effort to prepare for the interview and was excited about the opportunity, but instead, I was left feeling disrespected. Hope no other candidates will have to deal with this type of scenario in the future.

2 interviews, in the first one a case was presented. After the first one you have to take two tests on time a personality test and a logical test. In the second interview you go over the test result with an HR representative however it is more a conversation starter on what kind of person you are. All in all a very pleasant experience.

1st round: Online interview with the hiring manager and team members (Did not advance). ~45 min call. Very casual conversation with easy / brief technical questions 2nd round: Aptitude test and personality test

Quite smoothly, the interviewers were polite, and quick pace with many questions for 30 to 35 mins duration. The only negative thing was that the finance guy challenged me on a topic that I never wrote on my CV I am an expert.

Excellent behavior from the interviewers. They had well prepare the questions on my profile. After their decision, they informed me that they wouldn't proceed with me and provided feedback. I was impressed by their friendly environment and attitude.
