I received a phone call about a month after submitting my resume, cover letter, etc. They scheduled an interview for a time that was convenient for me and paid for my travel expenses to come down to the interview. The interview was with a panel of three, involved a "barrage" of questions coming from all directions, and lasted about an hour to an hour and a half. Everyone was very friendly and seemed genuine throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone
