I interviewed at OSM Worldwide (Glendale Heights, IL)
Interview
The interview process involved a recruiter screen, multiple hiring manager interviews, and individual team interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit before the offer is extended. Evidence of inter-family, biased/politically driven culture.
Very adversarial. There is no work from home option and the management in the interview kept saying "everyone loves coming into the office and no one likes working from home". Office is a typical cubicle farm layout and is very drab. I am glad they didn't offer me the job as I would have refused it.

Question 1
Typical "So why do you want to work here?" type questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OSM Worldwide (Bensenville, IL) in Oct 2014
Interview
I was waiting for their response 2 months. They were bothering me with stupid questions like "Do you have a car". I mean that is not their matter. They just need to worry am I good programmer. I am so disappointed from their attitude. Also, they were bothering me for sending some papers for they. They are so unprofessional. When I called HR they weren't picking their phone even they requested for call. I think they were just postponing because they wanted to see if they can give the job to some senior. They were keeping me in second plan because I am a junior.
