      Declined offer
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OTG Management (New York, NY)

      Interview

almost nothing. Barely any questions. How did you heart about us, why do you want to work for us, where do you see your self in 5 years. These guys are desperate, it is the only place where I have seen the turnover rate higher with management then the hourly employees. They are a joke and have ZERO structure. Its like working in hell. They pay well so be very aggressive when negotiating pay, besides to work in this type ofenvironment you will need to be compensated. Not to mention the hours! If flights are delayed, which they almost always are, your closing shift can easily go through the night to the earliest of 2 am. It is not unheard of to work from 2pm through 5 am the next day and they will expect you to work your next shift.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OTG Management (New York, NY) in Oct 2015

      Interview

When I was asked for which position I was applying for 1st red flag. YOU GUYS SEEKED ME OUT, furthermore my resume was right in front of you! I also made my self clear in the interview, that it was for a team lead multi unit manager position. If your intentions was not to hire for a multi unit manager. Why ask to come do a day in the life follow a team lead employee around for a half a day, then ask to come back for a final third interview to offer a GM position. I made my self clear the first time. I have 10 years of DM experience. Why insult me and waste my time on 3 interviews just to offer me GM position. I also made it very clear what my current salary was at at my current job. I noticed on every interview on 3 separate occasions I was asked about hours and how much hours I worked at my current job. Just leads me to believe that there is NO work life balance in this company. Like most of the reviews on here states long hours 14hr shifts etc.. Which your pay would come out to not be much considering all the hours you put in. I also noticed on my day in the life several customer complaints including employees not wearing gloves and staff not properly trained on making foods. Its all smoke and mirrors this place is flawed!

      Interview

Basically a waste of time. I met an upper management figure in there NYC office and he said well I probably could have saved you a trip to come down here! He asked if I was able to handle a lot of information coming at me all at once? The entire process took approximately 15 minutes.
