Interview
Very thorough - two stage assessment which includes a written assessment.
First interview only took down basic details of the phone.
Next if you meet the criteria you will receive an email inviting you to an interview
The interview was around 1 hour long.
If you are shortlisted after this you will be invited back for an assessment and then a feedback session straight after the assessment (extremely helpful!!!!)
Overall the process was very smooth and I was kept informed throughout.
The interview process took place over the phone and in person. The position was for a legal assistant intern in the Holborn office. The team is both friendly and professional. Fruits were offered on lunch.
