I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Octopus (London, England) in Aug 2018
Initial communication was prompt, with a call scheduled no less than 24hours from submission. The first telephone interview was with the recruiter and consisted of just a CV walk through and basic questions (why Octopus, why client relations etc). The second interview was face-to-face with a section manager and the section head. Both interviews followed the same pattern, with basic SMART questions (a little repetitve, if anything. As if they were conferring that you give similar answers) . The third and final consisted of series a test calls and a final HR interview. The process was quite time consuming and focused mainly on your 'fit' into the culture. It's heavily focused on you and your ability to fit in to the Octopus culture.
