It started with a phone screen while I was at college, which was followed by an in person interview where I met with 5 different people, some interviewed in pairs, others one on one, then the day after my graduation I was brought in for a 2nd round which was the same format as the first

Incredibly long process, met with the super helpful recruiter then went through a superday type interview where you meet 5 people. They ask for a writing sample and again meet another manager. Even got invited to lunch by one of the managers roughly 3 months after the initial application then got completely ghosted after asking many times when I would hear back, everyone seemed to just be "too busy." Unprofessional and do not respect the applicant's time. They also ask where else you are applying, a little too often.
