The process is very simple you interview in person. You meet with the store manager who will ask you about yourself and your customer service experience, this job is usually entry level so it’s okay not to have experience.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Office Depot in Jun 2012
Interview
I came to the store and asked for an application. The assistant manager said she liked me and set an appointment for me to meet with the district manager. It was fairly easy, got the job on the spot.
Very easy. The interviewer focused on your experience and your personality that would be fit to interact with customers and promote the companies sales. The manager is very nice. There are 2 interviews that scheduled on 2 different days
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Office Depot (Denver, CO)
Interview
Quick and easy, respectful of time and did not drag out the process. Only met with the Assistant Store Manager, offered the job on the spot. Completed a scavenger hunt to learn where items in the store were.
