Applied through the same web portal that external applicants apply through, but mentioned that I was an internal candidate. No other interview was required, just a statement of purpose.

Extremely quick and easy! He asked me a tops of three questions and they were all exactly from the questionnaire you have to take for the application. He was looking to hire someone quickly so that’s probably why it was short and sweet like that..

Very relaxed interview process, very simple predictable questions, and everyone who has gotten an interview has gotten the job at my store, as long as you do some research on basic questions and you prepare your answers you shouldn't be caught off guard.
