Interview
If you see in the store that you would like to work at, apply online. After applying online, go into the store and ask to briefly speak to the manager. The purpose of talking to the manager is for hiring manager to pull your resume from the long list of people who apply online. If you know someone who is currently working there, mention it!
The first round of interviews was a phone screen. The questions are meant to get to know you.
The second round will vary for everyone. The interview may be an individual or group interview. Mine was a group interview. Most likely two or more managers will be in the interview.

Interview
They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
