On The Grind interview questions

It was a very informal experience when I went to go interview. All that she asked was what I liked and told me that I basically had the job right then and there.

The interview process went absolutely amazing even though that it’s in a back room with no chair felt very comfortable and open. The manager that interviewed me was very joyful and excited to be working at such a known coffee shop in Texas. My interview went great.
