Extremely disorganized. Had to schedule multiple first-round screening calls with the HR Recruiter that she did not attend -- extremely disrespectful and I received no apology. Though she told me with certainty that they wanted me to move forward in the process once I did have the screening call, I was told that someone would reach out to me same day to schedule an in-person interview. No one ever reached out to me and the recruiter did not respond to my follow-up emails. While I recognize the company is growing rapidly, no one -- especially no one that they are interested in -- should have to deal with such a messy, overburdened, and uncoordinated interview process.
