very good pleasant people. not so great if you are colour blind though. Takes a fair while to go through the full interview with tests as well. But nice building, facilities and staff.
Pretty straight forward, online application, two person interview, basic math test, basic eng test, quick colour test ( we deal colour system for cabling. You also need to have a driving license. There aren’t any hurdles at this stage just show you’re willing to learn and know how to work in a team and how to speak to people.
