4 interviews. First was with HR. Second with a team lead. Third was a panel interview. Fourth was with Product Manager. No tests or oddball questions - simply ensuring the candidate is a good solid fit based on previous job experience. They hired me in an IT role despite not having mortgage industry knowledge which is uncommon for Optimal Blue (on the operations side, and mortgage or FinTech knowledge definitely a huge plus on IT side)

Phone Interview with HR - discussed salary range and work experience. Followed by an In-Person Interview, Additional detailed questions were asked about work experience and how I'd handle specific scenarios. In-person interview was very casual and they gave you ample opportunity to answer any questions you had regarding the job opportunity, etc.
